I hate doing this part, but we are all sick of internet gurus and hustle dudes who haven't done what they are trying to sell.I'll use my apartment purchase as an example.
Look, I'm not going to pretend I'm some real estate genius or that I have insider connections.
The truth is: I negotiated €27,000 off apartment prices. But that is not that difficult to do when the market is at a down moment.But then I did something most people think is impossible: I secured a mortgage with less than 10% down (when everyone says you need 20%) at a good interest rate and with a 6 months delay in the start of payments so I can renovate the apartment without rushing.I've got refusals, of course. More than 10.But, ultimately, the offers were worst than the one I signed.And I used the same framework I'll be showing you.Now, I'm not telling you this to brag. I'm telling you this because:If I can get a decent mortgage with less half the down payment everyone says you need as an immigrant in a foreign language, you can negotiate whatever you need to negotiate.The framework doesn't care if you're negotiating salary, contracts, or real estate. It works because it's based on understanding what the other person actually needs and making them feel like they're in control of the decision.It sounds simple. And it is. But implementing it requires practice. And that's what I'll give you.That's it.

Yes. A lot of what we do is actually reduce confrontation. You’ll have tools on how to lower defensiveness, name emotions, and create a sense of "we" instead of "me vs. you."
